Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after making your order to request a return, exchange or refund.

To be eligible for a return, exchange or refund, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order #, receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return, exchange or refund is accepted, the customer is liable for the return shipping costs, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Provide your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
  • Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on proceeding.
  • Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, along with the order number and proof of purchase.
  • Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If the 30 days return, refund policy passed after making the order, we are not responsible for replacing the item or giving a refund.

We will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label and instructions on how to return the item(s).

If the 30 days return, refund policy passed after making the order, the customer is responsible for the re-shipping cost.

Once we receive the damaged or defective item(s), we will issue a full refund or send a replacement item(s).

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Ineligible Items: Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Additional Information

We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that do not meet our policy requirements.

We are not responsible for the shipping cost if the customer enters the wrong address. An invoice for the cost of the new shipping label will be sent and once we receive confirmation of payment, we will resend the order.
